Courthouse Oaks is a community of 41 single family homes in Vienna, Virginia. We are close to the Vienna Metro, Nottoway Park, Oakton Shopping Plaza, OakMarr Recreation Center, Interstate 66, Tysons Corner, and all the restaurants and shopping of downtown Vienna. Our community is friendly and diverse -- where neighbors become friends. We enjoy being surrounded by mature trees, as well as several community-maintained green spaces for dog walking, throwing a ball with the kids, or a community picnic. Come see us at Courthouse Oaks!
Latest News from the Board:
FALL is a great time to REFRESH your look! Have you looked at your shutters or trim color? If you haven't painted it in the last 5 years, it has probably faded and needs a refresh! It's also a good time to look at siding that may have algae stains -- power washing can take care of that. Maybe the sidewalk in front of your house is dark with dirt and grime -- Power Washing is the answer. Keeping our community fresh and updated is everyone's job! :)
